PRODUCT DEFECT

If there are any defects in the ordered product, we will send the replacement, once we have received the original returned item. All shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer for the resending of the items back to us. All items must be in original condition and show no signs of use and must be returned in original packaging. If we can’t get you a replacement, we will refund you the full amount. This will also apply to the wrong items sent, except, this time courier charge will be borne by us.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT

Please take note that any refund or replacement will have to be done within 3 days of receiving the items. We will not refund after such date for any reason whatsoever.

CANCELLATION DUE TO PRICE CHANGE

Noisemongers Records reserved the right to cancel an order, with a full refund to the customer, if there was any price increase after the order was made. We will as much as possible try to absorb the increase into the order but only if it makes sense, business-wise, for us.

WRONG ADDRESS

In any case, where you did not receive the items that you ordered due to our mistakes (wrong address, etc), we will refund you the full amount or send you a replacement (if we have an extra copy) at no extra cost. Do take note that the customer has the responsibility to enter the correct address. If not, we cannot refund back your money or send a replacement.

COURIER ISSUE

Noisemongers Records will not be responsible for any problems on the courier side. Customers will have to follow up with the courier for tracking purposes, resending items for unsuccessful delivery and specific special delivery instructions (such as timing, location, etc).

LIMITED EDITIONS

For limited editions (coloured vinyl, etc.) orders, we will try to make sure you’ll get the variant that you ordered but due to the limitations, sometimes not everybody can get what they want, especially for the sought-after limited titles or versions. We will consult you first if you still want the regular version. If not, we will cancel the order and refund back your money. A charge will apply to the cancellation of the order for the already in-stock item(s).
